The 7 day positivity experiment – Day 5

Accidentally deleted my Day 5 post!

Will try and recall what I had written last night but hadn’t published..

I am happy and grateful for:

1. My conversation with Kiran:

Kiran and I had a cleansing and deep conversation. Thank you K for being the space that you are for me. I am so glad that you are in my life. You are a wonderful and awesome friend. Hug!

2. The joy in little things!

Rohit was visiting with Kiran.. and he found it fascinating to chat online when we were actually sitting face to face 🙂

Thanks for the reminded that there is joy in the little things. These type of things particularly appeal to the silly kid in me!

3. Cash coming in..

Deep Red Ink’s cash flows are coming in. Happy and grateful for that! Proud too!

4. This Blog!

I had 63 views in this blog yesterday. Thank you family and friends for visiting this little experiment that I have been trying out.

I get comments both on the blog and in person from friends who say that they’ve been inspired. For me, this is an awesome shift from being critical to being appreciative. I thank the Universe for supporting my belief in gratitude. I feel very abundant!

5. Yummy lunch at Anil’s

Thank God for Groovy’s house, the yummy lunch and the pleasant company that Anil and Meeta provide. Groovy, may your tribe increase 🙂

  1. Awesome!!! Even I am on an experiment of doing Affirmations, and chanting Switchwords alongwith my family. It has had a great unifying effect in the family and so much stress gets dissolved when you chant!!! It’s pretty amazing!! 🙂 Keep going… it’s a pleasure to see you take this up with so much determination!!! The Masters are with You!
    Love, Light and Grace! 🙂

  2. Hi

Like the looks & feel of the blog. Very nice.

Lots of good news buried in your post.

Intrigued by your 7 day experiment – I am always intrigued by experiments!

Deepredink making money is good news.

Food at Anil is great news – he has offered to host me when I am in Hyderabad!

    • Thanks Sridhar 🙂
Well, we’ve had great lunches at Anil’s house many times.. food’s great there and so is the house..Anil and Meeta are warm and gracious hosts.
My experiment is pretty simple actually, I just write down 5 things I am grateful for at the end of the day.. but I make it public by sharing it on my blog. Today is my last day and I’ve found that I have had many shifts in my thoughts and energy with this simple experiment.
